During our stay, we were initially placed in a 6-bed room instead of a 2-bed room. However, the receptionist was very helpful and promptly changed our room upon request. The location of the hotel was perfect, with just a 10-15 minute walk to popular attractions such as Ayasofya and the Blue Mosque. Our third room was perfect and we had a comfortable stay.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location, just a short stroll from the bustling Grand Bazaar. Good breakfast selection and 24-hour complimentary coffee in the bar. Reasonable price.

The staff at this boutique hotel is very friendly and welcoming. the location is fantastic, right in the center of the Grand Bazaar and close to the tram station and attractions like the Hagia Sophia. the rooftop restaurant offers fresh food with a magnificent view of the Marmara Sea. the rooms are spacious and well furnished. the breakfast selection is gorgeous, including delicious coffee and tea.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with our room being perfectly clean. The hotel facilities were great, with free tea and coffee available in the bar downstairs. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and fresh food being constantly replenished by the attentive waitress. The staff, especially Ali at the front desk, were lovely and very helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was very close to the Grand Bazaar area and the Beyzit tram station, making transportation easy.

Marvellous location close to all tourist destinations, loved this place. Booked wheelchair accessible room with coffee or tea, fresh towels, a great view, which I really appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Istanbul. The rooms were modern and clean, and the bathroom was one of my favorite features. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a diverse selection of delicious food and drinks. The staff were very polite and accommodating, especially since I am a frequent guest. I loved relaxing in the lounge area with a cup of Turkish coffee and enjoying the view of the busy city.
